Pebble Flooring is perfect for resurfacing your existing concrete


Pebbles mixed with a strong epoxy binder bonds to your existing concrete or other hard surface.

Features

Eliminates most high and low areas. Pebble overlay is usually 1/2 inch thick but can be troweled a couple inches thick to level out low areas.

Porous: Epoxy river rock is porous so it is perfect for pool decks. When you get out of your pool the water flows in-between the pebbles so there is no standing water, creating a slip free surface.

Non-Skid: A silica sand option can be broadcasted on the epoxy pebble deck, creating a sand paper effect to insure a non-skid surface.
Cracking: Epoxy is elastic, which means it gives with ground movement. Pebble Pros also lays a rubber membrane over the cracks (as seen on the picture to the right) to help prevent cracks. If the pebble overlay does crack, we leave some of the same pebbles on all job sites for an easy repair. We do repairs for FREE, or a pizza or sandwich.

Epoxy Pebble Stone 

is natural, hard-shell river gravel mixed with Epoxy Bond, a custom-blended epoxy resin, and applied to both old and new surfaces to form a permanent bond. Stone thickness will vary from 1/2 inch to 5/8 inch in thickness. It comes in six natural colors and is perfect for covering any solid substrate, from asphalt to concrete. 

How does Epoxy Pebble Stone react to water? 
Because it's porous, pebble can be installed over drains. Water will flow through Pebble Stone, or follow the natural drainage pitch of the substrate.
 
Where does Epoxy Pebble Stone come from? 
Pebble Stone is dredged from the Tuskaloosa River and is then chemically washed to remove sand, dirt and iron particles. The gravel is kiln-dried and sized, and finally bagged in polyvinyl bags to keep it moisture-free.
 
How long has Epoxy Pebble Stone been available? 
Pebble Stone's durability, strength and unrivaled low maintenance have made it a popular outdoor flooring choice worldwide for over twenty years.
 
Will Epoxy Pebble Stone crack? 
Since Pebble Bond creates an elastic bond between the particles of river gravel, the natural expansion and contraction of the material can take place without fear of the hairline cracks that form in concrete. The need for expansion joints is eliminated... so Pebble Stone can be installed in an aesthetically pleasing, seamless application.
 
Will Pebble Stone stain? 
Substances such as grease, body oils, suntan oils, motor oils or gum will not adhere to Pebble Stone.
 
How strong is Pebble Stone? 
Pebble Stone, once applied and cured, fuses with the substrate and requires in excess of 8,000 pounds per square inch pressure to shear. Made to withstand heavy traffic, whether pedestrian or vehicular, it's ideally suited to both residential and commercial use.
 
Who can install Epoxy Pebble Stone? Epoxy Pebble Stone is available from and installed by factory-authorized and trained, professional installers.
 
What kind of adhesive is used? 
Pebble Bond is a two-part epoxy resin developed by chemists right here in Southern California. During laboratory tests, it was proven to be stronger than the rock itself. It's the only stone-bonding epoxy recommended by Pebble Pros, above-grade installation, and the only one custom-blended for river gravel.
